Brian Nichols
CEO

Mr. Brian Nichols has more than 40 years experience of corporate leadership in product and process engineering. He actively participated in the development of all our products and his extensive domestic and international business experience contribute successfully in our partnerships, including joint ventures and technology transfers. Brian is the leader of our management team as well as the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of First American Scientific Corp since 2001.

Kelly Niavis
CFO

Ms. Kelly Niavis, CPA, CGA was appointed as Chief Financial Officer for First American Scientific Corporation (FASC) on January 26, 2012. As CFO she has responsibility for upholding strong financial management and accountability while providing accurate and reliable financial information. Kelly collaborates with senior and executive management in strategic planning, treasury management, tax planning, and budget analysis. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).

Adam Powell
Vice President of Operations

Mr. Adam Powell has more than 15 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Customer Service, and Sales. He is an essential part of our management team and has more than 10 years of experience in the biomass industry. His expertise in the KDS Micronex™ applications helps assist our customers in project planning and budgeting. Adam is in charge of all daily operations and assists in sales, as well as support in commissioning equipment.

Robert Dynes
Business Development Executive

For more than 20 years Mr. Robert Dynes has been involving in Investment and Financial Risk Management. His experience in public relation management makes him a very important team member responsible for PR and business development. The conservation and protection of plant and animal species, as well as the reduction of pollution and energy use in society, are very important to him. He also assists in marketing, sales, and customer relationships.

Dmitrii Kovalchuk
Marketing & IT Systems Manager

Mr. Dmitrii Kovalchuk has more than 10 years of Marketing and Sales experience. He has also more than 15 years expertise in general management, business systems analysis, management consulting and IT consulting. He has a solid background in working with Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian and Kazakhstanian companies, and speaks Russian fluently. Dmitrii is responsible for customer service, strategic marketing management, implementation corporate information systems, and website.
